About Us

As a restoration contractor with over 50 years of combined experience, New England Painting & Restoration specializes in returning a property to its pre-loss condition after a disaster such as fire, smoke damage, flood, or mold infestation. We are actually emergency responders, coordinating the mitigation process for hazardous environments and insurance complexities.

Emergency Response

We are available not only to provide immediate board-up, but we will coordinate site containment or water extraction to prevent further damage.  We rely on Servicemaster, a mitigation company that takes on tasks like removing standing water, professional structural drying, and treating mold or smoke odors – before we begin your rebuild or restoration.

 Insurance Coordination

  We work directly with your insurance company. We handle the claims process for you - creating detailed scopes of repair and negotiating those costs with your insurance company.  We have over 50 years of combined experience working with insurance claims.
